Shipping Policy  

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–10 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or high order volumes. Mxse Gallery is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Returns & Exchanges Policy  

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, and free of any damage, stains, odors, or alterations.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

- Items returned after 14 days from delivery  

- Items that show signs of wear or use  

- Items that are damaged, stained, or altered after delivery  

- Items intentionally damaged or mishandled  

- Sale or discounted items (if applicable)

Any item that does not meet these conditions will be denied and returned to the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items  

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence. We will review the issue and determine eligibility for a replacement or refund.

Refunds  

Approved returns will be processed once the item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.
